Hello, Chris,
Thanks for your email. I can't wait to see you! Going to the concert is such an incredible idea! I want to see your friend.
I'd prefer to go to the river as I've never been on a boat trip. The scenery might be really fantastic. You know, a football match isn't my cup of tea.
Well, it sounds impressive that you are learning italian. I reckon you should practice speaking in front of a mirror. The reason is you can focus on your pronunciation. You can also make sentences of your own to improve writing. Watching Youtube videos or reading Italian blogs will help you, too.
I'm sorry to say but I don't think I can take the skateboard with me. Because it's a long way journey and the huge skateboard takes too much space. Maybe next time!
I’ll call you soon.

See you next weekend,
Kyla

I don`t have any friends, who live in other countries. But I really would like to have such friends, I think it`s really interesting to have friends from different countries, because you can find out a lot about live in other countries, about their culture, rules, school and etc. So, I hope I will have an opportunity to make friends with someone from another country.

I don't have a friend living in other countries. The friends I am still in contact with are still classmates with me, but that doesn't mean I've seen friends go. I had a disabled friend who, when they arrived, could barely stand up. After four years and numerous surgeries, they managed to somewhat walk again. However, after those four years, they left. Maybe I can come in contact with them again.

I have a friend who is living in United States. He is definitely the entertainer of my class when he was still living in my country. He said that in summer, he would returned and meet my friend on the holiday. However, now it's our country's turn to be infected by Covid-19 so I think that he would not going to see us any time soon and neither do we.

I have a friend called Marcus who lives is China. Originally he is from South Africa. He is very friendly and humorous person. He invited me to visit him in China. He wants to introduce me Chineses culture, foods, old temples and some beautiful tourists places. We could chill out together. I am really looking forward to seeing him, but it's not easy. I hope in near future I'll have this opportunity.

I don't have any friends or well-known people in other countries, except my great aunt, who is living in U.S.A. I met her only few times, so I never went to U.S.A or sent her a letter. I don't know even where she lives in U.S.A.! Even my parents know someone from Italy, I don't know them, because I've never met them. And the most important, I've been a few foreign countries, for a few days, such as 2~3 days. It is not a great time to make a friends and be parted with them. Also, I can't speak other languages well, even though it's English, because I feel some kinds of nervous when I try to speak with native speakers. Of course, there can be someone who wants to be a friend with me, but it's not good for me. I feel really really sad and already miss them if they leave, even though the time which I and my friends spent is very little and short. So I never made a friends in foreign countries, if it wasn't a very close friend. Penpals? No, I don't want to think abut it. Do you know how sad and pull me into a great suffer to make a friend who I can never meet? It's pity! But, I used to imagine about making a foreign friends in the future, when I become a world-famous musical star. I'm really looking foward to it!

Hi Giovannichoi,
I hope your dream comes true and you become a world-famous musical star in the future. What sort of music would you like to sing and do you have a favourite singer at the moment?
Best wishes, Tina (LearnEnglish Teens team)

Hi! Thank you for reply on my comment! Actually, after I'd been on the stage only one time, I don't have role models yet.. But I'm not meaning that I don't want to be a world- famous musical singer! I always spend my time thinking about myself who is traveling around the world, with my collegues.

When I was in grade 1, I had a friend. He sat at the same table with me. He's kind and very innocence. At that time, I teased him a lot. I feel happy, maybe a friend like me in his memory as a witch. I almost didn't remember him at that time. When I finished grade 1 and went to grade 2, I was smarter. I realized HE WENT TO AUSTRALIA WITH HIS PARENTS. I was a bit of shock. I was lost a good friend. Now I even don't remember his full name. I merely remember his face and his hairstyle when he was a kid. Maybe he doesn't know who am I either. But if we are predestined, we will meet each other on a beautiful day. : )

Hi guys, yes, I do have friends and family living in foreign countries and I do often go to visit them. it's amazing how people from so far away are somehow connected to each other, as friends or even relatively. friends or family who live in other countries are quite lonely, as they are away from their homeland and visiting them will give the company. you can learn from friends in different countries.
