Transcript

Presenter: This is how to do a backspin!

Roxy: Hi, I'm Roxy, and I'm going to show you how to do a backspin.

First things first. Make sure you've got a smooth floor, and you might want to wear a slippery jacket.

So, we're going to start on the floor with your legs split, like this.

Next, you kick your bent leg in a circular motion, and at the same time you're going to lean back.

You want to make sure that you're very high on your back, in between your shoulder blades.

Keep practising that move until you can get enough speed to get a little spin.

Presenter: So, lie on your side and kick your leg all the way round to get spinning.

Roxy: The last thing you need to learn is the tuck. So, once you're on your back and you've done about half a spin, you're going to pull your knees into your chest and have your feet up to the ceiling.

Presenter: So, to backspin, kick your leg around, roll onto your shoulders, and tuck in your legs to spin like a record.

Roxy: After lots of practice, if you want to go faster, you need to kick your leg harder and push off of your right hand as you lean into it.

And that's how you do a backspin!

Hi!
I play tennis, the piano, and the recorder. Handlettering is also one of my skills. It was very easy to learn the recorder, because it's a very simple instrument, and handlettering, because I'm good at handwriting. Playing the piano is also easy, but sometimes it's difficult to play with the hands and look at the music book with the eyes at the same time. The most difficult skill is tennis. You should have a good eye-hand-coordination and know the rules. When I started playing tennis, I knew how to hit the ball with the racket, but there were many rules to follow.
If I had to teach one of my skills, I would choose tennis, because you don't need to concentrate at the desk.

Yes, I'm playing the guitar and also ukulele. It's not the easiest activity, but I think you may be good at that after year of everyday practice. I'm not very good at teaching, but I think the best way to learn how to play guitar is to practise

I've learned Latin dance for three years, and Taekwondo for two years. They are hard but fun.
