Greta: I'm from Germany. Where are you from?

Pablo: I'm from Argentina. Nice to meet you.

Which your position? I think not correct because it has no verb? We can write that Which is your position?

Yes, you're right, there is no verb, so we have to add 'is'. 

Another way to ask this question is "What is your position?"
