Find tips and advice for what to do while you're listening to the audio or video in the exam.

While you are listening you need to concentrate 100 per cent. This is not a time for looking out of the window or thinking about what you are going to have for lunch! The actual listening part of most tests is very short so try to focus only on the exam.
